Most organizations don’t struggle with ideas.
They struggle with execution.

I have spent years sitting at the intersection of creative vision and operational reality. I know what it looks like when a mission is clear but the systems are not there to carry it. I know what it costs when the right people are not connected to the right resources at the right time.

That is the work I am drawn to. Not just making things look good or sound right but making sure they actually move. Whether I am coordinating outreach efforts, supporting a team, managing communications, or bringing a creative vision to life, I show up fully and I follow through completely.

I care about the people on the other side of the work. The communities being served. The families being reached. The organizations trying to do something meaningful in the world. That care is not separate from my professional skills. It is the reason I developed them.

I believe good work serves people first. Everything else, the systems, the strategy, the execution, exists to make that possible.

What I bring
to the table

01
Community Outreach & Engagement
Developing and executing outreach strategies that connect organizations with the communities they serve through genuine relationships, communications, and consistent follow through.
02
Marketing Coordination & Campaign Support
Managing the moving parts of campaigns — timelines, assets, platforms, and cross-team communication — so initiatives stay on track and on brand.
03
Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
Defining how a brand looks, sounds, and moves with clarity, intention, and visual coherence that feels both strategic and human.
04
CRM & Stakeholder Relationship Management
Structuring how organizations manage relationships — from first touch through long term engagement using systems that keep people connected so nothing falls through the cracks.
05
Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
Creating original graphic, video, and written content that communicates mission, builds community, and moves people to action.
06
Administrative & Operations Support
Building the infrastructure behind the work through documentation systems, workflows, scheduling, and coordination that keep organizations running efficiently and intentionally.

Kajabi Build & Creative Direction for The Digital Hub

Kajabi Creative Direction Web Build UX

Kayla Elderkin is a TEDx speaker, entrepreneur, and co-founder of The Digital Hub — a 7-figure digital education business serving over 4,000 students across four countries. She came to me with copy in hand and a clear vision, and what she needed was someone who could take that vision and make it real.

Working from a Word document of copy and design direction, I built out her full Kajabi presence — home page, sales page, course page, and landing page — within one week. Beyond the build, I offered light creative direction throughout: advising on text placement, color decisions, photo positioning, and visual hierarchy to ensure the final product felt as polished as the brand behind it.

Client Response

“Loved everything — completely obsessed. You killed it.”

Full Marketing Strategy for The Etiquette Evangelist™

Marketing Strategy Brand Positioning Campaign Roadmap Content Planning

Cassandra Arnold, Reputation Risk & Performance Strategist and creator of the Power of the Mention™ system, had deep expertise and a powerful brand concept. What she needed was a strategy that could translate that authority into visibility, revenue, and sustainable growth.

I developed a comprehensive 12-month marketing strategy and implementation plan covering brand messaging, audience segmentation across four distinct audience tiers, multi-channel marketing tactics, a five-phase campaign roadmap, KPI frameworks, and a clear execution structure for both strategy and operations.

Every phase was built with specific goals, deliverables, and timelines — from foundation and list-building through community growth, product launch, and long-term scaling.

Client Response

“Paulina integrated my brand’s voice — rooted in Southern hospitality and emotional intelligence — into clear, actionable steps. She understood not just what I do, but why I do it. That level of alignment made the entire plan feel both strategic and soulful.”

— Cassandra Arnold, The Etiquette Evangelist™

Website & System Foundation for The Exit Strategist

WordPress Shopify Systems Calendly

Nataliya Bari — known as The Exit Strategist — helps Americans navigate relocating abroad and runs her business from Costa Rica. Her brand had strong positioning but the underlying platform ecosystem wasn’t holding it together. The site lacked clarity, tools weren’t connected, and the overall infrastructure wasn’t supporting her growth.

I restructured her WordPress site architecture and page flow, integrated Shopify for digital product sales, connected Calendly for seamless booking, and aligned messaging across all key touchpoints creating a brand that finally operated as one coherent, functional system.

Client Response

“Efficient, professional and honestly just fantastic overall. Paulina is lovely to work with, is quick to solve problems and delivers on time.”

— Nataliya Bari, The Exit Strategist

Beyond client work,
I build worlds.

Outside of marketing systems and brand strategy, I direct full creative worlds including paintings, visual concepts, and brand experiences built from the ground up, not assembled from a template.

This is where structure gives way to instinct. Where I get to ask not just what works, but what feels true. A growing collection of that work including paintings and full brand world experiences lives on its own.

I also write. The Creatives Guidebook is an editorial space dedicated to educating on art, culture, and intentional building. It is where I explore the ideas that sit beneath the work and share them with the people who need them most.
