Brand Identity and Growth Funnel for an AI-Powered Analytics Platform

Project Overview

ClarityAI is a fictional AI-powered analytics dashboard for health tech companies. The goal of this project was to demonstrate how marketing can support complex B2B products by simplifying messaging and emphasizing trust.

Objective

Increase demo sign-ups from qualified leads and raise brand awareness among health tech decision-makers.

Research

Target Audience:

HR professionals and wellness managers at mid-sized companies (100–500 employees), particularly in remote-first or hybrid workplaces.

Market Insight:

Post-pandemic burnout and mental health concerns have made corporate wellness a priority. However, many HR teams lack tools that provide measurable outcomes or personalized engagement.

Competitor Review:

Virgin Pulse and Limeade offer broad wellness platforms, but feedback indicates that users feel overwhelmed by generic content and low employee engagement.

Key Insight:

HR leaders are seeking data-backed, simple-to-integrate wellness tools that generate high participation with minimal admin work.

Strategy

I focused on trust, clarity, and innovation. I created a LinkedIn ad campaign targeting CTOs, CIOs, and data officers. The lead magnet was a “Healthcare AI Buyer’s Guide,” driving traffic to a tailored landing page. The onboarding experience was supported by a warm email sequence.

Projected KPIs

30% conversion rate from landing page views to downloads

15% email open rate with 7% CTR

300 new qualified leads from the campaign over 30 days

Reflection

If this were a real campaign, I would test multiple headline variations for the LinkedIn ad and incorporate a short explainer video to boost engagement. A/B testing the email subject lines could further optimize open rates.
